The European commission issued the regulations (EU) 2021/340 and (EU) 2021/341 on 2021-02-06, amending many ERP regulations including the (EU) 2019/2013 and (EU) 2019/2021 for electronic displays.

(EU) 2021/340 amended the (EU) 2019/2013 as below：

1. In Article 1(2), point (g) is updated，specified the definitions of “components or sub-assemblies”，(EU) 2019/2013 shall not apply to electronic displays that are components or sub-assemblies as defined in point 2 of Article 2 of Directive 2009/125/EC；

2. Article 2 point (10) is updated, the definition of “HiNA” is specified in Article 2 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1275/2008, not in Article 1；

3. Article 2 point (17) “grade 1 monitor”is deleted；

4. Article 3(1) point (b) is updated, the values of the parameters included in the product information sheet, as set out in Annex V, are entered into the public part of the product database；

5. In Annex I, added the definitions of “declared values” and ”guarantee”；

6. At the end of point B of Annex II the following paragraph is added: The declared values of the on mode power (Pmeasured) and viewing surface area (A) as listed in Table 5 of Annex VI shall be used for the EEI calculation；
