India BIS Notification of Extension CRO Phase V Products

On 12th March 2021 India MEITY announced the extension of the CRO of Phase V Products to be mandatory to 1st October 2021.

Originally Phase V of “Electronics and IT Goods (Requirement of Compulsory Registration) order, 2012” was to take effect on 1st April, 2021 and now will become effective October 01, 2021.
