It is proposed to add the endocrine disrupting properties of substances (phthalates, BBP, DBP and DiBP) in the list of authorized substances in Annex XIV of reach regulation, and update their exempted uses. The public consultation on the draft lasts for 60 days, and the deadline for feedback is January 23, 2021.
