The ACMA introduces new arrangements to support 5G, the Internet of Things (IoT) and other new technologies. The ACMA opens for comment from 15th Sep 2020 to 26th Oct 2020.

The updates relate to:

1. Wireless broadband in the 24.25–25.10 GHz band;

2. IoT devices in the 928–935 MHz band and VHF high bands;

3. Radiodetermination devices in the 10.50–10.55 GHz band.  

The ACMA would like your views on the issues raised in this consultation, or any other issues with the LIPD Class Licence.
