Washington Ecology initiated a rulemaking update to the Children’s Safe Products – Reporting Rule. Interested parties can stay informed about the rulemaking and public involvement opportunities. Ecology will regularly post stakeholder comments on the Children's Safe Products Act (CSPA) Reporting rule language or list of Chemicals of High Concern for Children (CHCC). Ecology and Health completed an initial evaluation of the comments that request chemical additions or deletions. Submit comments to Ecology by November 14, 2016.
