On June 1,2016，Singapore's Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources (MEWR) published (Environmental Protection and Management A ct order 2016) regulation, and this regulation will come into force on June 1, 2016.

Controlled Category of product：air-conditioner, flat panel display television, mobile phone, phablet, portable computer, refrigerator or washing machine, that is designed for household use.

Excluded Category of product：Batteries and accumulators, products designed for industrial use only and second-hand EEE are excluded from the scope.
